Hey, Carp - you called me a 'girl'! That earns you a marshmallow and a place at the top of my Yule card list!

Such a shame you can't get all the way down to Dorset. If it's next year, I'll try to pull out all the stops to make it. Don't know how, yet, but..........details, details!

I'm hoping that something might be on the cards for next year, especially as Kit was very enigmatic in the latest newsletter and mentioned 'something very special' for next year :D (Might not be the exact words as I'm working from memory here!)

Yeah Sea Sprite and I think Kit mentioned somewhere, Not sure where, that she had been picking brains about a possible Gathering.... am all excited again now! Just want to know if it is true - and when!!

Maybe a Book Launch Gathering? Now that WOULD definitely be worth attending... (brain in overdrive now)!

Wouldn't it be fun!! And as Sorcha said, if we know on time, I'm pretty sure that you could reckon on a Dutch contingent of at least 3!! :P

 Hay on Wye,
TV coverage
new book out
all of us with Stonewylde T-shirts,

we would take the place by storm

the down side is paying to cross the 7 bridge, the plus side is the wonderful surroundings.

But being more realistic how about Stonehenge, booking it private for a few hours before sunset, only thinking to myself so any more ideas, fire away

Well here's how my train of thought goes: Stonehenge = Wiltshire = Avebury = Blackland Lakes Campsite at Calne, about 6 miles from Avebury, Pagan friendly, as well used for Pagan- and Summer Camps. Lovely surroundings, flat pitches, camping in several fields called paddocks, fishing, walking, good facilities, shop, showers, laundry - what more could you want? Any good?

My sister used to work at Blacklands a few years ago - small world eh?

That sounds very good to me Beantighe, a whole day of the Wiltshire landscape... Now sunset at Avebury or Stonehenge....?? :)

Funnily enough I am off trudging that very landscape on 9th August on a free leyline day - anyone else interested in a good day out and are in the area then PM me for details
