I'm in Harwich in Essex - very lucky to have the beach at the end of my road!! Harwich is best known for the ferries across to the continent, particularly to Belgium and Holland.

But thats all thats lucky about it!! :roll:

Faery Yam Yam vs Brummy, being a rural lad i never understood it but it very nearly got me into trouble one night whilst out in Bilston. . . . .i love the way you lot say Yam Yam tho.....but what does Yam Yam mean ?? just curoius :lol:

Hiya Milly is that the bridge that straddles the M60 just short of the 67 ?

It always strikes me as being rather on the grand scale, just think of how many bricks it took to build that !

Yes I think so Helixroot. It took 11 million bricks to build!!!

Thanks for the welcome to dorset Helixroot! I am only a couple of miles over the south Somerset border here, and I am only moving about ten miles, but it does mean hopping over the border into dorset. i love all this countryside, so i feel at home already in a way.....
