The rule at Stonewylde is that your symbol is the one for the festival nearest to you day-wise. If you were completely slap-bang in the middle then you'd have to choose which one you felt more affinity with. Hope that answers your questions!

Quoting myself here

My Birthday is 29th January - so I'd be Imbolc....that would be the crescent Moon - which would match my midnight blue velvet cloak, with crescent moon on the back
Mmmm what to chose for the otherside - so many beautiful animals. Love Wolves, I think the sound of a howling wolf, is so beautiful and haunting; and the are such beautiful creatures....yes definately a wolf for me

I'd definitely like one too....please

I'm dreaming totems totems totems at the moment - so many ideas, my head is unravelling! :? and hysterical
where the willow weeps tears of diamond
and the oak bleeds pearls of dew
I have often dreamed there....
have you?

My birthday is 4th March, so I would have a cresent on the festival side. For the other I am a little undecided. I am only at the very beginning of my spiritual path, but I am certainly drawn to Daffodils (of course, from my forum name) and also rainbows.

A daffodil would probably look better but I just love rainbows and get totally lost in a dream when I see one.

Actually, Daffodil, if you're going by Stonewylde "rules", you're actually closer to the Spring Equinox than Imbolc, so you'd have the hare for your festival symbol. Then you can have a lovely rainbow crescent on the other side!

what a great idea our own little non-online community :)

we start out just having our gatherings until we finally see no point in going away

We could start living in tents, while we build timber houses like Ben Law on Grand designs.....love that place  I'm quite sure we'd have enough guys to build them.....and more than enough females to supervise and crack that whip

There's some strong women at Stonewylde Kit......they probably didn't need whips. I'll bet they chased the men with the brooms, like Nora Batty used to do to Compo
