Finished Solstice!

Postby solsticedreamer » Sat Nov 10, 2007 9:29 am

Well I actually finished it two days ago but been trying to catch up on my studies...and blog  for the last two days.
Today i WILL get all my work in typed draft form

Oh yes...dont read anymore here if you haven't finished it!

Anyway...wow...another book i just didnt want to end, and to have Clip come to his senses was fantastic!
The Sylvie and Magus bit really made my skin crawl.
poor Siskin...but what a lovely way to be taken to the summerlands :)

my OH swampy has now decided he really has to read the books and i will be re-reading them in the not too distant future.

Thank you Kit for such a fantastic third book :)

I felt really sad to come to the end of it...but what an ending!

I think i will be re-reading the whole lot early next year...i cant seem to find books as good (well except a few)that deal with the same subject matter, so i tend to re-read a lot :)

Finished Solstice (and Moondance)

Postby thewiccaman » Thu Apr 17, 2008 9:02 pm

I finished Solstice in the wee small hours of Sunday morning ... I've had it since October but hadn't dared read it! In fact, I still had a few chapters of Moondance to finish (I tend to hibernate in the winter months and, truth be told, had read and written very little).

So Saturday evening I finished Moondance, started on Solstice and, well, didn't stop until I'd read it through to the final full stop! I was awestruck, ecstatic and depressed in equal measure! To echo Taz, 'bring on book 4, no pressure, Kit!'
