I'm new to forums, so please forgive me in advance if I screw something up! Hi Claire! It is me and no, I haven't got much done since I started reading! Its a wonderful book. This is the first pagan novel I've ever read. Its captured my imagination and has me eager to look for hares under the full moon! I've seen them once - in 1999 - doing a moongazy dance around a bottle of potion I had stuck in the snow. It was at Winter Solstice and the moon was the closest it will be to earth in my life time. Very potent magic brewing that night! So, I'm very pleased to join the group and I'm looking forward to making friends. Blessings to all

We're a bit of a strange bunch (aren't we folks?) but you'll find loads of new friends here. So glad to hear you've enjoyed the first Stonewylde book. Hi again, and thank you all for your warm welcome. I think I should explain how I got here in the first place. If you've ever gone to "where the wild roses grow" website, you'll see the marvelous creations that Claire makes. I happened to come across her jewelry on etsy.com and fell absolutely in love with one of her pieces. When I tuned in to her website, she had links to stonewylde.com. I was so fascinated reading Kit's blog about celebrating the Autumn Equinox - that I decided I had to read the Stonewylde books. Luckily, I was able to order them through Amazon - although it took weeks for them to get here.
I bless the day I discovered Claire and found all of you! I just finished the Magus yesterday. Kit, your descriptions of ceremony and ritual are the best. I felt the Earth energy rising within me as I read. It started a cascade of fresh ideas and new hope. I think that's where the power of your book lies. Its ability to stimulate thought and action. I already have a new potion brewing (haven't done one in years) and I'm hoping the hares (rabbits here in the US) come to visit. I'll be watching for them.
Blessings to all and hope to chat with you soon.
