How old are you?

Postby cornmother » Sun Apr 06, 2008 10:11 am

Hi, Kirsty
Wow! one of the earliest forum members. :)

Kit's latest blog makes interesting reading. What age group did you originally have in mind, Kit, when you were writing the books? Stonewylde certainly has enthusiastic readers from a very wide age span. Guess you could say it's timeless - and hopefully in a few decades time, the Stonewylde series will be regarded as one of the classics of the 21st century.
Yessssss!!

This poll is becoming really interesting!
It seemed to be leaning towards those of us in the older age group initially but its beginning to even out beautifully now - as we all knew it would as Stonewylde appeals to all ages!

Keep polling people!!!

i'm 14!! and i am really glad that the books were in the teenage section otherwise i would have been deprived of Stonewylde!! Ok well i certainly feel teenage(ey).. i'm young?? wel i think i do read books that bypass my age but that can't be helped, its my school librarian, recomends all these books to me so kudos to him! I think the books have an all age appeal but its interesting to know that its the older (much respected) :P adults that read them.. huh well..YEY me!!

Welcome, MoonGazy! You wouldn't like to point your librarian in this direction, would you? He/she sounds like one cool dude! :D (because he/she recommended Stonewylde to you!)

Welcome to the Stonewylde family, hon!
